FRIDAY NIGHT VIBES
During the Pandemic everyone lost live entertainment. Living in Louisiana at the time we noticed how much this hurt the poeple who needed music. so I started a weekly improvised live music series aired live from our home kitchen using multiple mobile devices hoping to help relieve the stress and anxiety we collectively felt. Each week a new musical journey filled with diverse repertoire including original compositions and iconic pieces with my interpretation of them on the vibes. I attempted to reach the population through the sonorous textures of the vibraphone that it possess.
Set lists include jazz classics & standards, Charles brooks originals,
and innovative interpretations of your favorite rock, blues, funk, and soul tunes.
